How much can we work on each month?
We agree on a short priority list each month and move through it in order. A large standalone build or a second unrelated initiative gets its own scope.
What does Slack or email access include?
Slack or email is for decisions, feedback, and clarification during business hours. It is not an emergency channel or an unlimited request queue.
Who owns the work?
The systems, accounts, documentation, and decisions stay with your firm.
Why a three-month initial commitment?
