For accounting firms · AI Operating Partner

Your AI person, in the room every week.

For accounting firms that need steady AI progress but do not need a full-time AI lead. We choose the next useful move, build it inside your tools, and leave the decisions and systems in your hands.

Book a 15-minute Fit Check

Starting at $4,000 per month.

Three-month initial commitment.

Then monthly.

A good fit when the next move depends on what your team learns.

Priorities will change.

Good fit when priorities change as the team tests and learns. You need real implementation, not another strategy report, and the right sequence is not clear on day one.

The work needs a steady owner.

You have useful ideas and real constraints, but no one in the room each week to choose the next move, build it, and keep the decisions clear.

One useful cycle, repeated every week.

The practical questions.

How is this different from a fixed-scope build?

A fixed-scope build starts with a known outcome and ends with a handoff. The Operating Partnership is for work that needs to be prioritized and built in sequence as the business learns.

How much can we work on each month?

We agree on a short priority list each month and move through it in order. A large standalone build or a second unrelated initiative gets its own scope.

What does Slack or email access include?

Slack or email is for decisions, feedback, and clarification during business hours. It is not an emergency channel or an unlimited request queue.

Who owns the work?

The systems, accounts, documentation, and decisions stay with your firm.

Why a three-month initial commitment?

The first three months give us enough time to choose priorities, build useful work, and see how the firm responds. After that, the partnership continues month to month.

Is this a managed operations service?

No. I help decide and build what comes next. Your firm still owns the process, handles day-to-day operations, and makes the final calls.

Bring the priorities that keep moving.

In fifteen minutes, we can tell whether you need a defined build, a weekly partnership, or a health review for something already running.
