Team training

Learn AI by working through one useful problem.

A demonstration is a start. Making the approach work for your own task takes practice. These workshops are designed around explanation, exercises, and a piece of work you can bring back and improve.

The sticking point

You understand the demo. Then you open your own file.

Your information is different. The prompt does not quite work. You are unsure whether the answer is reliable. Practical learning needs room to try, compare, ask questions, and make a second attempt.

What we work toward

Leave with a way to keep learning from the work.

The proposed cohort focuses on one bounded workflow: define the problem, make a first attempt, test the result, and record what you learned. The aim is repeatable practice, not a promise that every participant leaves with a production application.

Four paper learners practice small document workflows around a table with a facilitator.
Practice on a small example, compare the result, and try again. Concept illustration.

Practical AI Workshops & Cohorts

What the work includes

Guided working sessions

Short explanations followed by exercises using representative or redacted material.

A clear learning project

Choose a task small enough to practice, inspect, and improve within the program.

Examples and practice materials

Use exercises, sample inputs, and a completion checklist to make the learning concrete.

A next-step plan

Identify what is ready for further testing, what needs human review, and where individual help may be useful.

The process

How we move it forward

  1. 01

    Choose and map

Proposed weeks 1–2: pick a bounded problem, identify inputs and decisions, and make review points explicit.

  2. 02

    Build and test

Proposed week 3: create a first version and compare its output against representative examples.

  3. 03

    Document and decide

Proposed week 4: record the approach and decide what to keep, change, or investigate next.

Illustrative workflow

For example: turn a repeated request into a reviewable draft.

Participants could practice extracting the questions from a sample request, organizing the supporting information, and drafting an answer for human review. The exercise would use approved sample material and a shared checklist, not private client records.

Working agreement

A clear fit. A clear boundary.

This fits when…

Owners and practitioners who want guided practice alongside a group, and associations or conference organizers considering a practical session for their members.

What stays separate

A workshop does not include a custom production application, individual implementation, accredited certification, or unlimited support. Any completion recognition will describe the learning or attendance it actually represents.

How the scope stays clear

The four-week sequence is a proposed format. Tools, prerequisites, session length, support limits, recordings, cohort size, and completion criteria will be confirmed before enrollment.

If your entire organization needs shared standards and role-specific instruction, consider organizational training.

Evidence

See the approach in real work.

The public ReFrame receipt shows connected commerce, documents, controlled access, and repeated operator review. It is implementation evidence; it does not claim results for a new coaching or training program.

Questions

Before we work together

When is the next cohort?

Cohorts are planned for 2027. Registration is not open. Exact dates and enrollment details will be announced once confirmed.

Is this a four-week program?

Four weeks is the proposed cohort format. The final schedule and session details will be stated before anyone enrolls.

Can our association book a workshop?

We can discuss the audience, topic, delivery format, and desired learning outcome, then prepare a scoped proposal.

Do I need to buy particular tools?

The tool requirements and any participant costs will be confirmed before enrollment. Exercises should use tools approved for the information involved.

Will sessions be recorded?

The recording and access policy is not yet set. It will be stated before registration opens.

Will I receive a certification?

No external accreditation is promised. Any attendance or course-completion recognition will accurately describe what was completed.
