The system map
Eight kinds of people. Eleven connected services. One platform.
Scroll through the seven parts. The map lights up exactly who and what is involved in each one.

01 · The people
Eight kinds of people. One sign-in.
Attendees, Experience Partners (sponsors), speakers, Perspective Changers (the table facilitators), staff, organizers, collaborators and admins all use the same platform. Each signs in once and sees only the door that matches their role.

02 · Register and pay
Every dollar lands with a clear state.
Attendees register and pay through Stripe, then manage everything from their own portal: add-ons, companion passes, ticket transfers to a colleague, receipts. Partners pay by card or ACH bank transfer, as a deposit or in full. Refunds are admin-only and recorded.
- Stripe checkout, card + ACH
- Supabase records
- Resend receipts
-
03 · Partner agreements
Apply, sign, pay, without a single PDF in an inbox.
A partner applies, an admin reviews, and a single-use activation link opens their portal. The agreement is generated and signed inside the platform with its version and a content fingerprint recorded. The signed PDF and receipt arrive by email, and the dashboard takes over: team, logistics, brand assets, add-ons.

04 · Reframe Hub, the event app
An event app nobody has to download from a store.
Reframe Hub is an installable web app for every role: what is on now, the agenda and my agenda with reminders, the venue floor map, speaker profiles, push announcements, “Who’s here” with mutual opt-in, Share an aha, and REFRAME Wrapped. Badges and check-in stay with EventMobi, the tool the event already runs on.
- Web Push with Reframe-owned keys
- Scheduled updates on Vercel
- Add to calendar
- Dark mode + offline
- Check-in handed to EventMobi

05 · Run the event
The director gets answers before he asks.
The admin dashboard leads with how the event is filling up and what needs action. Lens lets an admin see the platform exactly as any role does, read-only. Organizers get people and logistics with no financial data. A 7:30 AM daily brief, Excel exports, a communications center, and Reframe Intelligence, a Claude-powered assistant that is switched on only with approval.

06 · Ship it safely
AI agents write the code. A person approves every release.
ReFrame posts feedback in Slack. It becomes a GitHub issue, because if it is not in an issue it does not exist. A Claude or Codex agent builds it on its own protected lane, automated checks run, and nothing reaches the live event until Antonio merges it and ReFrame tests it.

- Human merge = deploy
- Real-phone test cases

07 · One owned platform
All of it, connected, and ReFrame owns it.
Eight kinds of people and eleven connected services, running as one platform on ReFrame’s own domain. Every connection on this map is real and in use.
