What is MomandPop Workbench?
Workbench is a $150/month shared AI community for small business owners. It combines a shared Slack space, two scheduled community check-in windows each week with Antonio, and one shared 60-minute group office hour each month. Enrollment is not open yet.
Who is Workbench for?
Owners who want practical guidance, useful examples, and a place to ask questions as they use AI in their business. Accounting and bookkeeping firms are the primary focus. Other professional-services and small business owners are welcome. You do not need to have worked with Antonio before.
What happens during the monthly office hour?
Bring a question, a workflow or something you’re stuck on. We’ll work through selected examples together so everyone can learn. Members can submit questions beforehand. The shared 60-minute session includes screen sharing and Q&A, followed by a short written recap. It is a group working session, not a prepared webinar. There is no guarantee that every question will be reviewed live.
How does Slack support work?
Slack is the shared space for questions, useful examples, and sharing what you are working on. Antonio participates during two scheduled check-in windows each week. This is shared discussion, not private troubleshooting, an immediate-response service, or urgent support.
How is Workbench different from private coaching?
Workbench provides shared community access and one group office hour. Private coaching provides dedicated time with Antonio for your own work: two or four sessions per month. Workbench does not include private sessions. Implementation and substantial build work are scoped and priced separately.
Can I bring client work into the community?
Use sanitized examples. Remove names, identifying details, and confidential information before sharing. Do not post client records, credentials, or private business materials in the community.
What if I miss an office hour?
A short written recap is included. Individual make-up sessions and recordings are not included. Workbench does not promise a course library or daily content.
When can I join, and what are the terms?
Enrollment is not open yet. The membership is planned at $150 per month, month-to-month. The office-hour schedule, check-in windows, and final cancellation, refund, and scheduling terms will be confirmed before enrollment opens.
