Two working sessions
Two private, 60-minute sessions each month. Bring questions, examples, and the work you want to move forward.
Coaching
You have the tools. You have ideas. But when the output looks wrong or the next step is unclear, the work stalls. Bring it into two private working sessions a month with me, and leave knowing what to try next.

The sticking point
Maybe you are unsure which tool belongs in your firm. Maybe you have a useful first attempt that keeps breaking. Or you keep putting off the work because there is nobody to check your thinking. We start with what is on your desk, not a course you have to finish first.
What we work toward
The aim is to make your next decision easier: a priority you can explain, an approach you can test, and a clear next step between sessions. You stay involved and build the judgment to use AI with more confidence.

AI Coaching & Support
Two private, 60-minute sessions each month. Bring questions, examples, and the work you want to move forward.
Choose the next task based on the work it supports. Leave each session with a next step and a way to check it.
Evaluate tools, improve instructions, review outputs, and troubleshoot the work we are discussing.
Ask questions and share progress in your private Slack conversation. Expect a response within one to two business days.
The process
Describe what you are trying to do, what you tried, and where it got stuck.
Use the session to make a decision, test an approach, or understand an unexpected result.
Follow the next step, note what happened, and bring the evidence back.
Illustrative workflow
Bring a redacted example and the points the email must cover. We can work on instructions, compare the draft with the source, and identify what you still need to review. You decide whether the approach belongs in your process. This is an example of session work, not a promised client result.
Working agreement
An owner or designated lead who can participate, try the next step, and bring the result back. Accounting and bookkeeping firms are the primary focus; professional-services owners with similar needs are welcome.
Larger builds, custom integrations, substantial investigations, additional sessions, urgent coverage, and third-party tool costs are scoped separately before work starts. Coaching does not include unlimited implementation.
Slack is for questions, feedback, and agreeing on the next useful action. The one-to-two-business-day window is for a response. That may be an answer, a request for more information, or a proposed next step. It is not a deadline for completing a repair or build.
If you need someone to own continuing build work between meetings, look at ongoing implementation support.

No. Bring a real task and your questions. We can start with how to give useful instructions and how to check the result.
We can work through practical examples and troubleshooting during the sessions. Larger builds and substantial work between sessions need a separate scope.

Yes. We start with your firm-approved tools and what you already pay for. Any additional tool cost is discussed separately.
We check fit, choose initial priorities, and confirm scheduling, billing, cancellation, and session policies in writing before enrollment.
