Larger builds, custom integrations, substantial investigations, additional sessions, urgent coverage, and third-party tool costs are scoped separately before work starts. Coaching does not include unlimited implementation.
What a session looks like
For example: make a recurring client email easier to draft.
Bring a redacted example and the points the email must cover. We can work on instructions, compare the draft with the source, and identify what you still need to review. You decide whether the approach belongs in your process. This is an example of session work, not a promised client result.
- Time for your actual work. Bring questions, examples, and the work you want to move forward. Choose two private sessions with Side by Side or four with Side by Side Plus.
- A useful priority list. Choose the next task based on the work it supports. Leave each session with a next step and a way to check it.
- Practical help. Evaluate tools, improve instructions, review outputs, and troubleshoot the work we are discussing.
- Slack between sessions. Ask questions and share progress in your private Slack conversation. Expect a response within one to two business days.

What does an AI business coach do?
An AI business coach helps you decide where AI fits in your business and put it to work with care. You work directly with Antonio, a person, to choose tools, improve instructions, review results, and troubleshoot a workflow. You build the judgment to keep using it yourself. Larger builds and implementation are scoped separately.
Do I need AI experience?
No. Bring a real task and your questions. We can start with how to give useful instructions and how to check the result.
Will you build things for me?
We can work through practical examples and troubleshooting during the sessions. Larger builds and substantial work between sessions need a separate scope.
Can I meet with you more often?
Yes. Side by Side Plus includes four private one-hour sessions each month for $1,750. The two-session option is $1,000 per month. Both focus on practical guidance and work we can do together in sessions. Implementation and substantial work between sessions are scoped separately.
Is the Side by Side Plus price changing?
Yes, for new clients only. Side by Side Plus moves to $2,000 per month on January 1, 2027. Start before then and you keep $1,750 per month for as long as you stay. Current clients keep their rate, and Side by Side stays at $1,000 per month.
Does Slack mean instant support?
No. Expect a response within one to two business days. Response time does not promise completion of a repair or implementation. Urgent-response coverage is not included.
Can I use my existing tools?
Yes. We start with your firm-approved tools and what you already pay for. Any additional tool cost is discussed separately.
Is there a minimum commitment?
Both coaching options are month-to-month, with no three-month minimum. We confirm billing, cancellation, and session policies in writing before you start. Existing client agreements remain unchanged.
