Private client resource. Public preview.

AI skills worth keeping close to the work.

By now, you have probably used ChatGPT or Claude in a chat, and maybe even tried Cowork or another work tool. I built this library for the jobs that keep coming back: sorting an inbox, turning a meeting into action, cleaning a spreadsheet, drafting a client update, and checking the work before it leaves your hands.

I made this as a plain-language 101: what a skill does, what it does not do, what you give it, what you get back, and where you keep the human check. Clients receive the full handbook, the PDF, and save notes for the tools they already use.

Save or download a fresh copy before you use it. I update this library as the tools change.

Three complete previews

Built around a job, not an AI trick.

Each skill tells you when to use it, what to hand over, what should come back, and where a person needs to check the result. The full library adds copy-ready instructions and setup notes.

Preview 01

Meeting to action brief

Turn rough notes or a transcript into a short record people can use after the call.

Give it
Meeting notes, transcript, stated decisions, and open questions.
Get back
Decisions, owners, due dates that were actually stated, and unresolved items.
Human check
Confirm names, commitments, and any date before sharing the brief.

Chat handoff: Copy this card into a blank chat with your notes. Ask the tool to preserve uncertainty instead of inventing missing decisions.

Available for ChatGPT and Codex, with the same working version for Claude, Cowork, and Claude Code.
Preview 02

Inbox triage without auto-send

Separate what needs a reply, a decision, a follow-up, or no action without letting the tool speak for you.

Give it
A selected set of messages with private details removed when they are not needed.
Get back
A priority list, a reason for each item, and drafts kept separate from sent mail.
Human check
Review every recipient, claim, attachment, and commitment before sending anything.

Chat handoff: Copy this card into a blank chat with the selected messages. Tell the tool to draft only and never treat a draft as permission to send.

Use the skill in either tool family. Sending, deleting, and account changes stay under human control.
Preview 03

Spreadsheet cleanup plan

Inspect a messy workbook, explain what is wrong, and produce a safe cleanup plan before changing the file.

Give it
The workbook, the column meanings, and the output you need to trust.
Get back
Duplicate risks, missing fields, format problems, and a proposed repair order.
Human check
Approve the rules before rows are merged, deleted, or overwritten.

Chat handoff: Copy this card into a blank chat with the workbook. Ask for a read-only audit first and approve the cleanup rules before any file changes.

The tool can do the cleanup after approval. The first pass is read-only on purpose.

Use the tools you already have

Start with your preferred AI tool.

The library does not treat one AI product as the winner. The job, information boundary, expected result, and human check matter more than the logo.

Each link carries the same MomAndPop.AI starter prompt. ChatGPT, Claude, and Grok can load it into a new chat. Gemini opens the app with the prompt in the link, but may ask you to paste the skill card if it does not prefill. Review everything before you send. Nothing on this page sends client information automatically.

Use only a firm-approved account or workspace. Remove client names, tax IDs, financial records, login details, and other confidential information unless your firm has approved that data and tool. When you are unsure, use a sample or redacted file.

ChatGPT and Codex: Use the plain-language version in ChatGPT. Use the save-ready working files in Codex when the job belongs close to a project or codebase.

Claude, Cowork, and Claude Code: Use the same skill as a conversation, a Cowork task, or a project-level working file. The review boundary stays the same.

The full client library

The useful part stays private and maintained.

The public previews are complete enough to use. The private handbook adds the compiled skill files, setup notes, the PDF, and short update notes when the tools change.

  • Copy-ready skill instructions
  • ChatGPT and Codex save notes
  • Claude, Cowork, and Claude Code setup notes
  • Printable PDF and email update path

Save or download a fresh copy before you use it. AI tools change quickly. The library and PDF will be updated as product behavior changes, and the email notes will point out what is worth replacing.

Bring the work you want the skill to handle.

I will help you define the job, the boundary, and the review step before choosing the tool.
